Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Social Publisher is a self-hosted publishing tool operated by Matt Miller for Eternal Morphs. These terms cover its use.
What the tool does
It publishes posts — text, images and video — to social media accounts that have been explicitly connected and authorised. It acts only when instructed, and only on accounts whose owner has granted it access through the platform's own login screen.
Using it
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish through the tool, and for it complying with the rules of the platform you publish to.
- You may not use the tool to publish spam, content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything unlawful.
- You may not use the tool to circumvent a platform's rate limits, review processes, or terms.
Platform terms also apply
Publishing through this tool does not exempt anyone from the terms of the platform being published to. When you publish through Social Publisher you are also bound by:
- YouTube Terms of Service
- Meta Terms of Service
- TikTok Terms of Service
- The terms of any other platform you connect.
Access can be withdrawn
You can disconnect an account at any time, from within the tool or from the platform's own settings. Access may also be withdrawn if an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or a platform's rules.
Availability
This is a self-hosted tool run on a single server. There is no uptime guarantee, no service-level agreement, and no promise that a scheduled post will publish at an exact moment. If publishing matters to you at a specific time, check that it happened.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Social platforms change their APIs regularly and without notice; a change on their side can stop publishing from working, and that is outside anyone's control here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Matt Miller is not liable for any loss arising from use of this tool — including posts that fail to publish, publish late, or publish with unintended content, and including any action a platform takes against an account.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the tool after a change means accepting the updated terms.
